Why Classic Car Insurance?

Classic car insurance provides low-cost, guaranteed value coverage for collector car lovers.  Since it is only available for classic and collectible vehicles that are not driven daily, coverage can be provided at significantly lower prices than standard insurance providers.

Many classic vehicle policies also offer “spare parts” coverage, and auto show medical reimbursement for injuries to the policyholder or family members, if injured during a car show or car-related function. Roadside assistance typically includes guaranteed flatbed towing and some classic car carriers allow an unlimited number of service calls annually.

  The following exclusions generally apply:

  • No off-road or recreational vehicles
  • No daily-use vehicles
  • No commercial-use vehicles
  • No motorcycles with performance modifications
  • No driver with serious infractions with the last three years
  • No driver without a valid driver’s license
  • No driver without a regular-use insurance policy in their name

Some carriers will cover a collector vehicle as new as a1998 year model.  There is classic vehicle coverage available for motorcycles, tractors, retired commercial vehicles, and more.  Texas residents, please contact Sue at Price Insurance Exchange for more information.
